I know that I have written a number of contributions about dietary supplements lately, but this is a very specific reason.
Every week I receive 30-35 emails from people who would like to tweak their strength training and diet. 90% of all these issues concern dietary supplements (ie protein powder, creatine, fish oil, etc.)
I think it’s fair game when you consider that strength training is so much more than protein powder and creatine, but on the other hand I can understand it.
There are so many smart supplements on the market that it is virtually impossible to separate the crap from cinnamon (the saying I have stolen from my grandmother, sorry).
